What to Include
- Connection issues: Tell us which platform you’re using, the route name shown in your client, roughly when the issue occurred, and the exact error message. Let us know whether you can’t connect or can connect but can’t reach the destination service.
- Subscription issues: Tell us the plan status shown in the portal, where the issue occurs, and what you’ve already tried. Get the client and subscription through the user portal after signing in; your plan must be active.
- Order issues: Include the relevant order number, its status in the portal, and the payment method. Explain what needs to be checked. Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.
- Refund questions: Include the relevant order and explain your refund request in a support ticket. VPNAG offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy. Please review the refund policy.
Before sharing screenshots, hide your password, sensitive payment details, and full subscription URL. Never include account passwords, access tokens, or payment keys in a support ticket.
Troubleshoot Common Issues
For initial setup, see the getting started guide. For route selection, see the server routes guide. For traffic resets and plan differences, visit the plans page. If the issue persists, list the steps you’ve already tried in your ticket to avoid repeating checks.
If anything changes while you’re waiting for a reply, add an update to the existing ticket. Keeping related details in one ticket makes follow-up easier.
